BlueMoon Travel, con oficina en Ferroviaria entre Sucre y Camacho, Uyuni, Bolivia, respeta la privacidad de quienes nos visitan y nos escriben. Esta política explica de forma breve qué datos recibimos y cómo los tratamos.
01What data we receive
When you ask for a quote you send us, on WhatsApp or by email, your name, a contact number, your nationality, the language you prefer, the date and the number of passengers, and optionally any dietary restrictions. This site does not store that data on any server of its own: the message goes straight to our WhatsApp or our email.
02What we use it for
Only to put together your quote, confirm the booking, arrange the meeting point and look after you during the trip. We do not sell or hand over your data to third parties. We share it only with the suppliers needed to run your tour, such as the accommodation or the licensed operator in Chile.
03Data in your browser
So you do not have to type things twice, your browser may remember, on your own device, the starting point you chose, the date, the passengers, your contact details and the tours you saved. You can remove them by clearing this site's data in your browser.
04Visit statistics
Para saber qué páginas interesan y desde qué aparatos y lugares nos visitan, el sitio registra de forma anónima cada visita: página, hora, procedencia, tipo de dispositivo, sistema, navegador, tamaño de pantalla, idioma, tiempo en la página y, cuando el servicio lo permite, la dirección IP y la ciudad aproximada. Estos datos los usa sólo el equipo de BlueMoon para mejorar el sitio y no se cruzan con tu nombre ni con tu solicitud. También usamos Google Analytics, que recibe la misma información de uso conforme a la política de privacidad de Google.
05Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies. It uses an anonymous identifier in your browser to count unique visitors, Google Analytics measurement cookies, and the technical cookies of the embedded services, such as the Google Maps map, subject to those providers' own policies. You can remove them by clearing this site's data in your browser.
06Photographs
The photographs we take during the tour are given to the traveler. We only publish them on our social media with your express permission.
07Your rights
You can ask us at any time to correct or delete the data you have sent us, by writing to [email protected] or to +591 64387575.
