Born in Colchani, Rubén grew up among the salt blocks and knows the salt flats in every state: dry, flooded and at night. He has been driving Uyuni's 4x4s for over twelve years and is the house specialist in perspective photographs.
He drives the classic tours and the sunrise and sunset trips. He speaks Spanish and Quechua.
