Sergio looks after the 4x4 fleet, the driver-guides and safety on the road: the first aid kit, satellite communication inside the reserve, rubber boots in the rainy season and route changes when the weather calls for them.
He has been driving the salt flats and the Eduardo Avaroa Reserve for over a decade, and arranges the border crossings with the licensed operators in San Pedro de Atacama.
